The 66fit heavy jump/skipping rope adds another dimension to your speed rope training.
The 66fit Weighted Jumprope features weight that is in the nylon woven rope itself, and because of this, the weight is evenly distributed throughout the rope. This provides a more intense burn to your workout, engaging more of your upper body when compared to ropes that have handle based weight.
The woven nylon rope is extremely durable and has a PVC sleeve that protects the rope for outdoor use. This rope is designed for indoor and outdoor use. Ideal for crossfit and boxing training these weighted ropes vary in weight from 450gms to 920gms.
