Get accurate flexibility testing with the Baseline Sit and Reach Box

The Baseline Sit n' Reach tester box is used to measure the overall flexibility of a person's hamstrings and the lower back muscles. Use to track initial flexibility and progress throughout a rehabilitation or fitness program.

The scales are printed in inches and centimetres and it is made of sturdy powder-coated metal construction with a built-in foot plate and a maximum stretch indicator that remains until reset.
